Why practitioners switch, add or partner

Certification is not the business. Delivery is.

The real pain starts after the credential: how do you turn an assessment into a credible offer, deliver it well, keep enough margin, and grow beyond one report or one workshop?

Commercial problem

I know the framework. I still need something clients will buy.

A certificate does not automatically create an offer, proof, pricing logic, a Portal, client-ready reports or a path into team work.

PLI gives you a practical service-delivery system around the assessment.
Margin problem

Too much of the value disappears into report cost and unpaid prep.

Rigid provider economics, minimums, preparation time and one-off report sales can make otherwise good client work commercially weak.

PLI adds partner economics, repeat-use products, facilitation resources and expansion paths.
Growth problem

I can coach one person. Teams feel like a different business.

Team dynamics, culture, conflict and organisational work raise the delivery risk. You need better team insight and a repeatable way to facilitate it.

PLI connects team reports, interpretation resources and first-team support.
The flagship system

PLI DISC Practitioner Growth & Delivery System

Build and deliver a credible DISC service for individuals and teams using PLI reports, team-level insights, facilitation resources, partner economics, client-management tools and ongoing support, without building the assessment infrastructure yourself.

  • Qualify without starting over unnecessarily. New practitioners follow the PLI Certification Route; experienced practitioners can qualify through credential review and the Product & Facilitation Bridge.
  • Deliver more than a personality report. Use Premium Profiles, Team Snapshot, Group Culture and practical learning resources with clients.
  • Protect the client relationship you created. Practitioner-sourced clients remain practitioner-owned under the partner rules.
  • Create more ways to earn. Resell approved PLI products, refer clients to PLI, expand into team work, and qualify for additional commercial pathways.
  • Get support when the work gets bigger. Use onboarding, recorded guidance, office hours/group support and first-team guidance instead of figuring everything out alone.

  • Approved PLI products can sit inside a larger coaching, facilitation or consulting engagement

Questions practitioners ask

Know the commercial rules before you build around them.

Not necessarily. The recommended architecture includes credential review and a shorter PLI Product & Facilitation Bridge for qualified external practitioners rather than forcing experienced professionals to repeat a full foundational certification.

The practitioner model states that practitioner-sourced clients are practitioner-owned. PLI-sourced or referred-and-converted clients are PLI-owned. Each transaction should have one governing role so sourcing, invoicing, delivery and compensation are clear.

For practitioner-owned engagements, the practitioner controls the complete service price within PLI brand and product rules. Final product economics, discounts and reseller terms belong in the approved Partner agreement.

The current V1 commercial direction is 30% Partner/Affiliate commission on eligible collected revenue, including the intended direction for live training. The final policy still needs to define eligible products, attribution period, payment trigger, refunds, renewals and stacking rules.

No. Qualified practitioners may become eligible for invitation-only PLI-owned delivery opportunities, but the offer explicitly avoids guaranteeing income, leads, clients or assignments.

No. Current partner operations are human-assisted. PLI can support practitioner-managed administration now and separate B2B Portals where a client needs control. Automated subaccounts, partner analytics, commission statements, scheduling and lead distribution are V2 capabilities.

The growth path can include Team Snapshot, Group Culture, communication and leadership courses, White-Label School, virtual training, co-facilitation and larger organisational work, subject to the appropriate commercial and qualification rules.
