What is DISC Training?
DISC Training is using the research from William Moulton Marston and understanding the DISC model’s four personality types: Dominance, Inspiring, Supportive, and Conscientiousness (DISC) to impact teams.
The DISC training is focused on building the knowledge required to teach, apply and coach others using the framework.
