FAQ

How long is the Training?

The cohort intake is quarterly with a maximum of 10 participants. The training is monthly over the course of 4 months.

Will I be graded?

No, you will be meeting with your coach to ensure you are implementing and having success within your business.

Do I need to attend all sessions?

YES. We will not be recording the sessions due to privacy. The learning and coaching you will be receiving is exclusive to the group and if you miss the session, you miss the application.

When is the next training cohort?

The next cohort is taking place on May 1, 2024 and will run until August 31.

What is the training structure?

We know you're busy. We are doing ALL live training sessions and you will receive a Power of People Skills micro-learning bundle after the training is completed so that you can refer to the training afterwards.
