My story
From a simple belief to a global movement.
Early in my career, I kept seeing the same problem: good people were working hard, but miscommunication, unclear expectations, and misunderstood behaviour were getting in the way.
DISC gave me a practical language for understanding those differences. Leadership gave me the framework for doing something useful with them. PLI grew from the idea that both should be simple enough to use on a Monday morning, not just interesting in a workshop.
That belief still guides the work today: help people understand themselves, communicate with more awareness, and lead with greater clarity.
