A clear place to start.
DISC is a framework for discussing behavior and communication preferences. PLI describes its four styles as Dominant, Inspiring, Supportive and Conscientious. Your results are a starting point for reflection and conversation. DISC does not measure ability or potential.
Allow about 10–15 minutes for 25 ranking questions. At the end, you’ll be asked for your name and email before viewing your free results. A personal Premium report is an optional $17 USD upgrade.
The individual assessment and free results are free. A personal Premium report costs $17 USD. The team portal has free access and includes three one-time, non-expiring Premium reports. Additional individual and team reports are paid. Courses, certification and branded schools are separate offers.
After our team sets up your portal, use its assessment link with participants and manage completed results and paid reporting. Three Premium reports are included once, with no expiry.
