The Top 3 ‘to-do’s’ For Leaders

The top 3 to-dos for leaders:

1.  Pursue – Make the pursuit of top-flight talent your number one priority. Actively, aggressively seek out people for your company or team who meet the Best in World standard
2.  Recruit – Look at your calendar. Have you marked off large chunks of quality time for the sole, express purpose of recruiting top talent? If not, do so. Now.
3.  Cut – Remove from your ranks those who don’t measure up. Do it as charitably as possible, but do it with a ruthless focus on the needs of your most talented people (they deserve no less)
