Following is a simple summary of the strengths and challenges of each DISC Personalities™ dimension.  Choose the categories that you score 60% or greater in, and underline all of the strengths that you bring to to the team, and also the challenges that you pose for the team!  Then discuss your results.  The same exercise can be applied to any of your work relationships, and to your relationships at home too.  If you have the areas of strength, you probably display the areas of challenge too.
