Facilitator’s Guide – Coaching Based Performance Reviews

This is a facilitator’s guide for leaders who are leading their teams through discussions of Leadership Fundamentals course content.  The guide poses questions for each module of the course with suggested questions and length of time for each discussion topic.  It also helps the leader understand their role as facilitator, and suggests helpful hints to get the most of out of each team session.

This guide is for teams of leaders who are learning how to approach performance management with a coaching perspective.
