The key to communication in your organization is having meeting rhythms, not ad hoc meetings ‘when you need them.’
Following is a worksheet to help you establish these rhythms. The goal is for everyone in the organization to belong somewhere, in at least two meetings. Everyone attends the Town Hall, and everyone is involved in a Huddle. After that, people attend meetings based on their role in the organization.
While this worksheet won’t describe every meeting that goes on in your workplace, it will help you build the basic structure you need for communication to flow from top to bottom and back up again. Communication is your biggest challenge! Work on making it better by using the Meeting Rhythms Worksheet!
