Brian Antenbring is a great friend and client, and owner of Teema Solutions, the fastest growing recruitment and staffing agency in North America. They’ve won multiple awards and recognition from groups like Profit Magazine (Hot 50), the Inc. 500, Branham 300, and Red Herring Media (#1 top global company).
He shared an interesting thought with me recently. He said that he sees people in his company shake into two camps: The doubters and the believers.
The doubters approach life from a default of doubt. They doubt leaders and their integrity. They doubt that they can really succeed like their colleagues have. They doubt that things are as good as others would have them believe. They’re doubters. And they don’t post great results in Teema’s entrepreneurial environment.
The believers believe:
- In their company and their chances of success there
- In their relationships (clients, colleagues, friends and family)
- In themselves and their ability to figure out how to win
The believers are prone, in general, to believe! And because they’re believers, they achieve things the doubters can’t even imagine is a possibility. No surprise that they’re also top producers.
Which are you? A doubter or a believer? Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right!
