Leaders Bubble Up

Leaders emerge in an organization just like carbonation in a can of pop – they ‘bubble up’ to the top.  Here are some signs that someone is bubbling up:

  1. They ask you for more to do
  2. They are stars in their current role
  3. They show an interest in their own professional development
  4. They naturally live out your organization’s core values

You can expect that, for every 100 employees you have, 10-20 will be bubbling up at any given time.  Encourage them, reward them, and give them more to do – they are your future.
