Make a list of the problems inside your business that irritate you.
If you’re typical, these include communication problems, lack of accountability, silos and turf wars between people, confusion over priorities and many other issues.
The thing is that all of these problems are just a reflection of you and your leadership style. If your business is going to change, you must change personally (or find someone else to sit in your seat).
Are you listening to your audio books in the morning? Do you have your one page plan completed so that your head is together around priorities and direction?
The breadcrumbs always lead back to the boss.
