In your business, there are a few things that you do (your key activities) that account for most of your results. What are those things for you?
When I was in sales years ago, my key activities were:
- Prospecting for new business
- Pitching interested prospects
- Training customers in using our systems
I did 1000 other things, but those other 1000 things yielded very minimal results. Only when I focused on one of my three key activities did I make serious headway.
