Who Is Your Who?

Every efficiency program that I know is based on the 20/80 rule.  20% of your efforts bring 80% of your results.

Nowhere is this more relevant or profitable than in figuring out who your perfect customer is.  Your perfect customer*:

  • Buys for maximum profit
  • Buys in the quantities that make sense for you
  • Appreciates who you are and what you do

We spend a lot of time selling to customers that aren’t really our ‘who’.  Changing that equation and zeroing in on selling to your unique, perfect audience can be the key piece in changing your results.

Focus on your ‘who’!
