How long do I have to complete the courses or certification?

As the courses are self-study, you have an unlimited amount of time to complete each course.

Can I download, keep and share the downloadable resources?

Yes! The downloadable items include cheat sheets, templates and workbooks that you can keep and share with your coworkers, employees or friends.

Can I email instructors if I have questions or suggestions?

While the courses are self-study, we encourage students to reach out to us with questions or concerns. If you are a part of the mini-MBA in Professional Leadership, you will have the opportunity to ask questions during the live training. Please click the “feedback” tab on the right side of your screen while taking the courses to ask questions or provide feedback.

I took the DISC assessment, how long until I receive my results?

I have a large group taking DISC, how do I implement it?

You can either self-implement using the facilitation guide, or you can hire a certified coach to facilitate a 90-minute DISC session with your team. Please email support directly a so we can support your team!

Are there any additional fees or costs for courses & certifications?

No, everything is included within the subscription you select.

What is your refund policy?

PLI subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, all course access, and additional features, will expire at the end of your billing cycle.

What currency are Professional Leadership Institute memberships priced in?

All of the courses are priced in USD.

How do I cancel my membership?

When you login to your account, click on the top right-hand side where your name is located. Click “My Account”, Click “Billing”, under “Subscriptions” you can update your account settings.

How do I access my certificates?

When you login to your account, click on the top right-hand side where your name is located. Click “Certificates”, from there you can view your certificate.
